Music has been the backdrop of my life since I first sat down with a cello at three years old. Now a Junior at Lyons Township High School, my passion has evolved into a desire to share this music with others.
As a solo performer, I bring a diverse setlist of all-time favorites to the stage—from classic rock anthems to modern pop and country hits. For me, performing isn’t just about the notes; it’s about connecting with the audience and making every event feel special. I’m always looking for new stages, from local eateries to backyard parties and block parties.

Vander is excited to kick off Milk Money’s Summerfest as the acoustic opening act, setting the tone for one a much loved La Grange summer traditions. Performing an intimate acoustic set, Vander opens the weekend with laid-back energy, crowd connection, and the kind of live music that eases you right into festival mode.
Milk Money’s Summerfest is known for transforming the entire parking lot into a full-scale outdoor concert space, complete with a big stage and a lineup that keeps Downtown La Grange rocking all weekend long. In past years, the event has gone beyond music with family-friendly extras like a face painter, on-site food options including a taqueria and kid-friendly fare, and plenty of drink specials — from beer and wine to seltzers and featured cocktail bars.
It’s a community-packed, sunshine-filled weekend where live music takes center stage — and Vander is proud to open the celebration with an acoustic set that kicks it all off.
Will be great for Franny and me to be back at Milk Money in the summer with the garage door open and fresh air flowing. See you there!
